Terms and Conditions

1. Our quotation price is valid for 60 days.
2. Terms of Payment are as follows:
   One third (1/3) due with order
   One third (1/3) due on deliver to site
   One third (1/3) due on completion and erection
   (of total purchase price including VAT)
3. Quotation price is based on easy access to base of building.
   Where this is not possible, advance notice is required to make alternative arrangements
4. Our policy is one of continuous improvement, and we reserve the right to make alterations without prior notice.
5. The customer is responsible to ascertain if planning permission is required from the Local Authorities.  Walkers of Worcestershire Limited will not accept any responsibility should breaches occur.  An initial payment of £500.00 is due where Planning Permission is requested, balance refundable if unsuccessful.
6. Title to our products will not pass to the customer until full payment of the purchase price has been received by Walkers of Worcestershire Limited.  The purchaser will grant to us the right to enter onto his land for the purpose of removing all the said products should full payments not have been made at the time of completion of erection.  This permission cannot be revoked by the purchaser
7. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the buildings at the point of delivery.
